Qualification:
• Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or demonstrate an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.
• Professional Experience: Accumulate a minimum of x years in a related role, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of project engineering in the construction industry.
• Contract Administration Skills: Proficient in the selection of appropriate materials, preparation of documents, and providing recommendations for subcontractor selection. Capable of drafting subcontractor contracts and change order agreements, subject to Project Manager approval.
• Coordination Abilities: Skillful in collaborating with Program Management Office (PMO) staff, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and consultant teams to ensure effective project execution.
